THE FACTORS
BEHAVIOR
Acting in ways that are true to one's own values
and beliefs even with risk of criticism or rejection
from others. An alignment of external action with
internal truth, regardless of external pressures.

CONNECTION
Behavior is a physical action or outward result that is often driven by our internal voice, values, or beliefs. Oftentimes we find ourselves acting, speaking, and moving in ways that are within the confines of what we deem appropriate or “normal”. When we behave in a way that truly aligns with our internal truths, our outward actions will directly reflect that. However, external influences, such as our friends, family, communities, authority figures, ideas or opposing beliefs can form an external pressure and alter our behaviors. Although these influences do not have to be inherently bad, if you let these external pressures alter the way you behave, you lose the authenticity of your individual behavior.
